Return Policy

At James & Laura Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. Below you will find our return policy explained clearly and transparently.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must still be attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing or extended use is not permitted.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variants to return part of the order are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  1. Please contact us at info@jameslauratoronto.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense. Any shipping or customs-related costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  4. We strongly recommend using a track and trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, and the item is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet all return conditions.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided during checkout.

  • Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
